    shawms, recorders and voice, Debra is in demand as a soloist and collaborative musician on both coasts, performing as a baroque oboist with ensembles and orchestras in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Portland, Seattle, Cleveland, Denver, Boston, Philadelphia, and New York. She is also the founder of Les Délices, an ensemble dedicated to chamber music of the French Baroque. Debra maintains her avid interest in fifteenth century music through performances with Ciaramella, and has been guest artist performing with Piffaro, the Newberry Consort, and the Blue Heron Renaissance Choir. She recently completed her doctorate in Early Music at Case Western Reserve University, where she directs the Collegium Musicum. A graduate of Oberlin, Debra was the first-prize winner in the 2002 American Bach Soloists Young Artist Competition, and spent 2002-2003 researching Renaissance double reed instruments in Brussels and Amsterdam on a Belgian American Educational Foundation Grant. Debra teaches regular masterclasses in baroque oboe at USC, and has served on the faculties of the Amherst and Port Townsend Early Music Workshops.
